We recently carried out a health check at SCA on a Prima Amyrs saddle stitcher. After carrying out the health check, work commenced on week 20 (please click on link below) followed by intense operator training.
The results speak for themselves, and shows what can be achieved when the machine is correctly maintained and set up, and the operators trained correctly

We recently carried out a health check at Hawthorne's (Nottingham) on a Starbinder Perfect Binding Line. This company has now achieved a 30% production improvement on all shifts since our work was completed
